Established in 2003 we began our journey in Ballyfermot, we then relocated to Rialto in 2007
where we currently offer the facilities of hair and beauty salon
Over the last number of years we have remained committed to offering a high quality service without a high price tag , so that you, our clients can continue to enjoy the benefits of our treatment menu.
We continue to strive to improve and develope our therapists and stylists within our business to meet the ever changing needs of all clients.
We wish to thank all our clients for allowing us to become part of your lives, giving us many happy memories and brightening our days.
We thank you for sharing all of your life’s experiences, the births, the communions and confirmations, the debs, and of course the weddings, and sadly too we remember fondly our clients who have passed away.

Arrive on Time
Clients who fail to provide 24 hour notice of cancellation will be charged the full amount of their appointment
Future appointments will have to be secured by credit card
clients holding vouchers will forfeit the voucher
We opertate an appointment system please arrive on time for your appointment , should you arrive late you may be required to resheduled
clients that do not arrive with in ten minuets of their scheduled times may be asked to reschedule
Cancellation Policy
We Operate a strict 24hour cancellation policy
Mobile Phones
To ensure the comfort of all clients , we have a strict cell phone policy. All phones must be scilenced or turned off during treatment .
If you need to use you phone please do so after treatment is complete
Our employees are on a tight scheedule and we apprecciate your compliance
Booking
When booking an appointment please inform us of any health conditions. This includes high blood pressure,warts, verrucca, suspected fungal infection, heart conditions, allergies, varicose veins, pregnancy etc. This ensures no disappointment when treatment cannot be performed. This information is confidential.
Patch Test / Mandatory Requirement
Patch tests are required 48 hours before your first waxing, tinting & tanning treatments and Hair colour, Lash extensions
This applies to your first visit to.Please notify us of any changes in your health that would impact upon the treatment such as pregnancy, diabetes, cancer or any allergiesor changes in medication .
A Patch test is only valid if carried out on our premises , no appointment is necessary
Patch testing is mandatoy there are no exceptions to this rule
Privacy Policy
The information disclosed by you upon consultation is strictly private and confidential
Aftercare
Aftercare advice will be given on all treatments, it’s important to follow any instructions given to enhance and maintain the effects of your treatment,
Valuables/security
Many of our treatments require the removal of your jewellery which will be stored either in a small bowl with you in our treatment room , alternatively if you wish to put jelellery into your hand bag we ask that you ensure it is stored in zipped pocket within the bag . Please ensure you receive all your valuables before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
